1. Return Eligibility

Products may be eligible for return if:

  • Wrong item delivered
  • Product damaged during delivery
  • Manufacturing defect found
  • Missing items in package

2. Return Conditions

  • Return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.
  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • Invoice/order confirmation must be provided.
  • Used hygiene and personal care items cannot be returned for safety reasons.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally non-returnable:

  • Baby hygiene products
  • Feeding products after use
  • Clearance or discounted items
  • Customized or special-order products

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days.
  • Refunds may be issued through bank transfer, mobile banking, or store credit.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the error was from YunBaby Bangladesh.

5. Exchange Policy

Eligible products may be exchanged subject to stock availability.
