Return & Refund Policy
At YunBaby Bangladesh, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
Products may be eligible for return if:
- Wrong item delivered
- Product damaged during delivery
- Manufacturing defect found
- Missing items in package
2. Return Conditions
- Return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- Invoice/order confirmation must be provided.
- Used hygiene and personal care items cannot be returned for safety reasons.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally non-returnable:
- Baby hygiene products
- Feeding products after use
- Clearance or discounted items
- Customized or special-order products
4. Refund Process
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days.
- Refunds may be issued through bank transfer, mobile banking, or store credit.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the error was from YunBaby Bangladesh.
5. Exchange Policy
Eligible products may be exchanged subject to stock availability.
